Can Tient cure AIDS?

I’m in Zimbabwe and I’m making a reseach on HIV & AIDS. How far true is that TIENT can now cure Aids?

I have never heard of tient and nothing is able to cure HIV.

However, antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) are very effective treatment for HIV.

They are the only proven treatment that works.
