Where can I find a group for young people?

I am a 23 year old gay male living in London who has recently tested positive for HIV.

Are there any support groups or similar services aimed predominantly towards younger people? I want to try and meet new people who have also been affected by HIV, but find it easier to relate to people around my own age.

Thanks so much for your help, and can I just say that your website is fantastic and has helped me so much to educate myself about this disease and rest many concerns that I have been having about my health and my future.
