I’m positive, can I have a child?

I’ve been living with HIV now for 6 years, I really want a baby. What can I do?
Answer
Thanks for getting in touch.
There’s no reason at all why you can’t try for a baby. Being positive shouldn’t be an issue. As long as you’re on medication then you’re on the right track for reducing the risk of transmission.

Hi Emmanuel.
You being positive wouldn’t be a reason why you’d be denied a PR for Canada.
Hi Lisa
I want to apply for PR in Canada, will my status affect my applications.
Thanks
