I’m HIV positive and live in Thailand. My boss has just asked if I’d be willing to work outside of Thailand, is this something that I can do?

The answer to this depends on where it is that your boss has suggested you travel/move to. If its Europe or Northern America for example, your status won’t be an issue when applying for a work visa.
