Yes. U=U applies to any country.
U=U is applied when anyone is on treatment and they have a viral load below 200.
U=U is not affected by where someone lives.

Hi Ivory, your children are perfectly safe. Please read about HIV so that you can have a better more trusting relationship with your sister. Whether you mean to or not, this irrational fear and stigma is not good for anyone.
Even if ypour sister was not on treatment, there would not be any risk.
My sister have been undetectable for a while
I’m worried about my kids
She stays with me, I don’t know if they will contact hiv if they mistakenly use any of her sharp objects
