Will having sex every day mean that I am going to progress to AIDS more quickly? I am not on meds, I have protective sex with my +ve partner, will it affect my health badly? Please reply.

Having sex is a part of the quality of life. Having sex daily is a very good quality of life :).
No, having sex daily does not play any role in your progression, least of all it leads to any negative consequences for your health, so as long as you enjoy it-go for it.
