Can steroids cause drug interactions?

Hi gooday im a male 35 and im healthy i am on zitolex (antideprssant) and rivotrill (calming tab) i use to get panic attacks but not for a couple of years now. I want to use the following steroids together Deka 300 mg 1ml a week with dinabol 10mg tabs .can it work or what is my options wil the side effects be dangerous? Just want to use for 1 cycle 10 weeks.

Steroids can cause drug interactions when taken with HIV medication.  They need to be used very cautiously, preferably under medical supervision. The caution from steroid use is that these chemicals  can cause  liver toxicity. They can also cause other side effects such as: elevated blood pressure, angina and weakening of the heart muscle.

As with any supplement or medication: over the counter, prescribed or unregulated, this is something that your HIV doctor and pharmacist should be aware of.
