My CD4 is 695, how can I raise this?

My viral load is undetectable at 19. My CD4 count is 695. My doctor says it is excellent. But what can I do tro to raise my CD4 count?

Your doctor is giving you good information. Both your CD4 and viral load are excellent. This is always good news.

There is no need for you to worry about trying to increase your CD4 count. It is well within normal range.

Also, other than being on ART, there isn’t any other way to increase your CD4.
