My partner is HIV positive and I’m negative and we want to have a baby. How much is it to conceive through insemination process in South Africa?

I am sorry that i-base don’t have information about the costs of services in South Africa. This is something that your clinic or hospital should be able to give you.
However, if your partner is on medication and has an undetectable viral load you can conceive by having sex. You won’t be able to catch HIV from your partner. For more info please see Q6 here:
