My CD4 is low and viral load high, what should I do?

My CD4 count is low and my viral load is high, what can I do? I also want to get pregnant and quick as my marriage is failing.

You haven’t said if you’re on medication or not. If you aren’t then you’re going to need to start medication. Once on medication your viral load will decrease and your CD4 count will begin to rise. For more info, please see here: https://i-base.info/guides/starting

If you’re already on treatment, then you’re already doing the best thing possible for your HIV.

With regards to getting pregnant, if you’re having issues with conceiving this is something that you’ll need to talk to a specialist about.
