Working shifts and medication, what can I do?

Hello ! I have been undetectable for about 4 years now. I switched company where i have to change shift every 3 months. I will be either at night or morning shift. I need to ask if I can change the time where I have to take efavirenz ? It is really affecting my productivity due to side effecf. Please respond. Thank you

If you’re going to be changing your shifts on a regular basis the easiest thing to do it to change medication. Are you able to ask your doctor if its possible to change to a combination that doesn’t contain efavirenz? A good one to use is dolutegravir.
