Are these cholesterol results ok?

My serum cholesterol is 123mg/dl and serum triglycerides is 87 mg/dl. HDK cholesterol is 31 and LDL cholesterol is 79 mg/dl and VLDL cholesterol is 17mg/dl. Do i need any medicine or medical attention.

Are you HIV-positive? If so, are you on treatment?
This is an HIV-positive site and so this is important to know for your answer.
However, guidelines for HIV positive people are similar to HIV negative and there are lots of online resources that give target for US measurements (we are a UK site that measures in different units).

Your results look pretty good, as you have low cholesterol and triglycerides. Given this, the other lipid levels are (HDL, LDL, VLDL) are less important.
