Testing 31 days after a needle poke…..

I’m planning to have a 4th generation HIV test 31 days after a needle poke which might have pierced the skin – is a test conclusive at that point?
If I am negative do I need to re test? Thanks

A test at 31 days is conclusive and if it is negative you do not need another test.
