It is important to talk to your doctor about any symptoms. The things you describe sound significant and they are causing you to worry.
They could be related to several health problems which may or may not include kidney function. Your doctor needs to know about this though.
It would be interesting to know what other drug you are taking with the Truvada. If it is efavirenz (Sustiva) this could be related to your sleep disturbance.
