Can I have another baby?

Hi, i am an HIV positive woman on HIV treatment and my partner is negative. We want to have another baby naturally. My CD4 is now 489 and viral load is below 40. Is it ok for us to do it or will i be putting my foetus in risk? thank you.

Your viral load is undetectable which will protect your partner and the baby. Your CD4 count is strong, so another pregnancy should be fine – but please talk to your doctor.
