Is my CD4 count strong enough to have a baby?

I found out recently that am HIV positive and my CD4 is now 280. I have been taking treatment for 7 months now. Is my body strong enough to fall pregnant?

It is good that you are doing well on treatment. It was a good idea to let your CD4 count increase before decide to become pregnant.
Most doctors would think that this is fine now if it is something you want to do. Please talk to your doctor though as they have your full history.
You doctor can also talk about the safest way to become pregnant and also help plan what this will involve.
