It’s great that you are thinking of having children.
Many couples like yours, with one positive and one negative partner safely have children. This is done using HIV treatment. You do not say who the positive one is. If you, or your partner is not already on treatment you would start. After a few months the risk of transmission is extremely low, close to zero.
You would then conceive naturally. If the positive partner is the one becoming pregnant the treatment would also protect the baby from getting HIV.
You should speak to your clinic about this. They can help you with information about how to do this.
