I am HIV+ and pregnant taking Atroiza and my man doesn’t know his status. Will he get infected?
Answer
If your viral load in undetectable, the risk is very low and may even be zero.
This is based on results from the PARTNER study. In this study there were no HIV transmissions after more than 50,000 times when couples had sex without condoms.

Being pregnant will not affect this risk – just viral load.
If your viral load is not detectable, then using condoms is better.
