My husband sleeps around and he isn’t on medication, am I at risk?

My husband and I are both positive. I’m on treatment and he isn’t. We don’t use condoms. Am I at risk? He also sleeps around.

If you and your husband both have the same strain of HIV then its very unlikely that you could be reinfected with HIV. What you may need to be worried about is other STIs. If he’s sleeping around with other women he could easily become infected with other STI’s and pass them onto you.
Its important that you take care of your health and that includes your sexual health.
