My viral load is 41, is this good?

I started with a VL of over 17,000 after 2 weeks treatment it’s dropped to 41 ! How I’m I doing on ART ?

A viral load of 41 is excellent, this means that your viral load is now undetectable-and importantly that the medication is working and working really well. This is great progress in 4 months.

Your CD4 count looks strong, and your viral load is undetectable. So it looks like your HIV meds are working very well.
Being undetectable with a viral load under 50 copies/mL means that you cannot transmit HIV even if you don’t use condoms. Please see U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable) for more info.

ARVs are what a person needs when they are positive. As to how quickly this will happen its not possible to say. It should however take between 1-3 months.

Missing the time of meds by 1 hour won’t be an issue. Yes you can switch to formula milk.

Your results mean that you’re doing really well. Your viral load is undetectable and your CD4 count is within normal range. Your HIV is under control. This is great.
I was tested and my results were saying Viral Load …N/A

1. Weird dreams and nightmares can be a side effect of Atripla. You can talk to your doctor about changing to other meds if the dreams are bad.
2. It’s great that your VL is undetectable at 40. However, CD4 counts can go up and down, often within a single day. A CD4 count of 564 is strong – and it’s normal for someone who is HIV negative.
1. I need to ask Iam on Atripla from 2012 and some times do do have wiered dreams or feeling after I take the medication. I would wake not knowing what was happening and I get very scared is this normal
2. Secondly , my vl is less than 4o but my cd4 dropped from 700 too 564 is this okay Iam a bit worried what can I do
