Hi Kay, I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you are experiencing and congratulations on your pregnancy.

How much weight have you lost and over how long? How are you sleeping now? As you have done, switching treatment to the morning can help improve sleep due to how some ARVs can cause insomnia.

As you are pregnant, your dry skin is most likely the result of this. ARVs rarely cause skin changes and given that you are pregnant it makes this the much more likely cause. Have you discussed with your doctor about what you are experiencing?

Hi Muchatuta, who informed your relative that gammora can cure HIV? This is not true. There has only been one paper that references this with a small sample size and it has never been repeated/nor referenced in clinically back studies. Gammora does not cure HIV.

Do you know if your relative has spoken to a doctor and would they consider starting HIV treatment (ART)?. ART is the only treatment that is back by evidence to show suppression of HIV and prevent HIV damaging the immune system (CD4 cells). What is your relatives CD4 count/viral load?

Hi, ART is anti-retroviral therapy. It is used to treat HIV by suppressing HIV and preventing it from damaging the immune system.
