I am HIV positive. I have a dog at home and worry I might pass the virus to my dog.

Can dog catch HIV if my dog licking my open wound?

In fact, my dog did lick my open wound accidentally without me noticing.

No.

HIV will not cross between humans and dogs – or other pets.

I’m touched by your concern for your dog, but I think you should be more careful with your own health. If you have an open wound it is not good to let your dog lick it, even though this sounds like an accident.
