I got distracted yesterday and forgot to take my medication, when should I take another dose?

If you’re supposed to take your meds at 7pm and you forgot and didn’t remember until 7am this morning, then taking them then would be OK. You’d then take your next dose as normal.
If you remembered closer to your normal time, you could wait until your next dose was due.

If you’re referring to the contraceptive implant, then yes it’s OK to use this whilst taking ARVs.
Do HIV medications interact with the implant?
