I took my meds at the wrong time, is this OK?

I mistakenly took my ARVs in the morning instead of the evening, can I go back to the evening?

ARVs should be taken at a time that works best for you, if you want to take them in the evening, then yes, take them then.

Don’t worry about having taken a dose in the morning and then possibly one in the evening, this will be OK.
