Unprotected sex whilst pregnant, is there a risk?

I’m pregnant and also HIV positive, I’m taking ARVs. The father of the child doesn’t know his status and we’ve been having unprotected sex, will this have an impact on my child?

If a baby is going to contract HIV it will be from their mothers. However, ARVs can reduce the risk of this. Please see here: https://i-base.info/guides/pregnancy
You having sex without a condom with someone who’s status is unknown won’t have any impact.
