Risk of sex without a condom?

I am a male and had intercourse with another male a month back.
I was the top i.e I had inserted into the man.
I was not wearing a condom.
The insertion was for less than a minute and I did not ejaculate into him.
Am I at risk of HIV?
Can I get an DUO test just 21 days after the exposure?
Your help would be appreciated.

Yes you are at risk.
It doesn’t matter whether you were ‘top’ or ‘bottom’.
It doesn’t matter whether you came or not.

Condoms with protect you from catching HIV.
Not using them means that you take a risk of catching HIV and other sexually treated infections.
