Is it OK to take ARVs twice?

I usually take one tablet a day for my HIV, however somehow I managed to take two, will I be OK?

Though you only needed to take one, taking two ARVs by mistake won’t cause you any problems, you’ll be fine.

To ensure that this doesn’t happen again it might be a good idea to keep your tablets in a daily pill box, that way there can’t be any mixup.
