Can you take multivitamins with Biktarvy?

I just switched to Biktarvy. Is it okay to take it along with my morning dose of Areds2 (vitamin C, E, zinc, copper)?

Biktarvy includes an integrase inhibitor which can have an interaction with multivitamins that include magnesium, aluminium or iron supplements. This means separating doses by at least two hours. If your supplements don’t include these, they are okay to take together.

    Hi CL, when taking multivitamins that contains supplements inc. magnesium, calcium and/or aluminium, you will be required to take these doses separately. The supplements within Centrum Silver 50+ can reduce how much Biktarvy is absorbed by the body and reduce how well it works.

    To avoid this it is best to take these at the opposite end of the day e.g., if you taken Biktarvy in the morning, you can then take Centrum Silver 50+ in the evening. This is a long enough time between doses to prevent any interaction.

    Hi Lakeshia, yes you can take Biotin 5000 with Biktarvy.

    Hi Martin, as mentioned in the previous post there is some risk of Biktarvy interacting with supplements. The easiest way to avoid this is to take Biktarvy and the supplements at opposite ends of the day e.g., Biktarvy in the morning and supplements at night.

    Hi Peter, there is no interaction between Biktarvy and Hepaclear. You can take them both together.

    Taking them together is not going to have an effect on fatty liver and cirrhosis.

    Can I take biktarvy with Hepaclear. Hepaclear contains milk thistle hesperidin, dandelion root artichoke leaf choline bitartrate. I have fatty liver and maybe siriosis
