I took two of my ARVs by mistake, is this OK?

I took a second dose of Triumeq by mistake – four hours after my regular dose.
I would like to ask you if there is a danger of becoming resistant due to this mistake.

For time to time these things can happen.

There isn’t a risk to this. It will not lead to drug resistance.

It might help to use a pill box that has the days of the week on it. This is the easiest way to know when you’ve taken your meds.
