I’m going to be coming to the UK to study. Are positive people allowed into the UK? Is it OK if I bring my meds into the country with me? Will I be deported if I’m stopped with my medication?

Yes positive people can study in the UK.
Yes positive people can bring their medication into the UK.
No you won’t be deported. We don’t deport people for being positive.
If you do end up coming here, you’ll be able to access ARVs and for free. Once you know where you’ll be studying you’ll need to get in touch with your nearest HIV clinic, they’ll be able to offer you care.
