Yes. It is safe to take both of these. Truvista is a generic version of Atripla, containing emtricitabine, tenofovir and efavirenz. Zithromax is a brand name for azitrhomycin. There is not an interaction between these medications.

Hi Joy, taking Trustiva does not cause an increase in temperature. If this is something you are experiencing and you are unsure of the cause please speak with your doctor for suitable examination and treatment.
