Luvigen is a generic form of a combination of HIV drugs called TLD in a single pill.
It can be used in two ways:
- As a daily pill for one month as PEP to reduce to risk of HIV transmission after a risk.
- As a daily pill to treat HIV. This is taken every day as part of continuous treatment – ie lifelong (until there is a cure). TLD is now widely used as first-line HIV treatment, including in WHO guidelines.

Hi Anonymous, yes Luvigen will work if you take it at night. Luvigen is usually recommended to be taken in the morning because it can cause problems sleeping. Aside from this it is completely fine to take it in the evening if you don’t experience this side effect.
