Can I change the time of my ART?

Hi, my name is Ondela. Is it possible to change my ART from 8Pm to 8am in the morning?

Hi Ondela, how are you?

What ART are you taking? The times suggested are usually so that you can avoid some of the side effects. As an example, those on TLD take it in the morning as to avoid sleeping problems at night.

This being said it is important that taking ART is a time that suits you best. You are safe to change the time of your ART. You would do so by taking an 8pm dose, then the next morning taking a dose at 8am and continuing from then.
