Why hasn't my clinic contacted me about my HIV test results?

I took i HIV test in a local hospital 3 weeks ago. they said they would text me the result in 7 day. However, I still haven’t heard anything from them. Are they keeping the ‘bad result’ in order to let me spend a fine christmas and new year?

This is very unlikely. The hospital may also have been very busy or short-staffed. Give them a call directly to find out the results.
