Q and A

Question

Do I need documents to travel with meds to the UK?

Hi there, can i bring medicine with me when come to UK?

What douments i need?

Is there any problem with customs or immigration counter ?

What they will ask ?

Answer

It is always a good idea to have a doctors letter when travelling with medication.

This is because even when there isn’t a legal problem travelling with HIV meds, the letter will make it easier if an individual customs officer wants to make things difficult.

You shouldn’t be stopped over HIV meds, but having the letter with you will always help.

This link includes the info for the letter.

Good luck with your travels.
