Thanks for your question.
The quick answer is yes. Many thousands of HIV positive women have HIV negative babies every year.
This will mean you need to take HIV meds though, for both you and your baby.
Are you not using meds for a reason? Even people who are well with good CD4 counts can still benefit from treatment.
I also wanted to ask if you have still been seeing your doctor for CD4 monitoring tests?
