Should I worry about my latest CD4% results?

I have been hiv-positive for more than nine years.

The last 3 years my cd4 count is about 600 (last result was 610) but my CD4% is 19.9%. My viral load was undetectable.

You mentioned that a cd4 % of 25 % is similar to a cd4 count more than 500.

Can you say why my CD4% is 19.9% but the count is 610. Should I worry about these results?

Please do not worry about these results. They are both really good.

The estimates of matching the percentage to the count is only very general. There is also a lot of variation in different people.

There is more info here – but please don’t worry that your CD4% is lower. It is mainly used as a more stable reading than the CD4 count which varies a lot:
