Why have my eyes turned yellow?

I have been taking Atazanavir/Ritonavir since 2017 and I have never had a problem until this month. I have noticed my eyes are turning yellow. I was diagnosed with GBS which got healed but my antibodies are still not as normal. What can be the problem?

Saying GBS do you mean Guillain-Barre syndrome?
Your ART does have an association with hyperbilirubinaemia. This means you have excess bilirubin in your blood. This is a potential cause for the yellowing of your eyes. This is common and can occur into up to 45% of those who take this ART combination.
As with any new side effect is is important to speak with your doctor about this.
