I have pain in my chest since starting ART…

Since I enrolled on ART, I have been having this pain in my chest just like that for TB but with no coughing as in TB. What could that be?

As with any chest pain you should speak to a doctor about this. As we are not doctors at i-base we cannot suggest reasons for your chest pain.
