Yes you can do this.
To ensure there is no interaction it is best to take Vitamin C and Zinc 6 hours before your ARVs.

I cannot reply to your question as there are many medications used for the treatment of epilepsy and HIV.
In general, you should space by 6 hours either side the zinc from your ARVs
I am not sure if there are interactions with the epileptic medication.
Please discuss this with a doctor or pharmacist.
I will like to know if I can mix vitamin-c and zinc with my arv. I am also epileptic.

Your ARVs should be spaced at least 6 hours from zinc and any metals (iron, calcium, magnesium, etc.)
So if you want to take vitamins please leave 6 hours before and 6 hours after you take your medication.
