Hi, how are you?

No you do not need to take it again at night.

Continue taking your medication at your regular time the following day.

Hi Shirley, please speak with your pharmacist about switching the time of this medication.

Clopidogrel is not a medication used for HIV, instead to prevent clotting risk. We cannot provide information about medications not used in HIV management.

I want to switch taking my Clopidogrel to night time instead of in the mornings. So do I just switch it in the morning dosing and there wont be a issue?

Hi Judi, do you normally take these in the evening? Taking these medications at the wrong time on one occasion is not going to effect how they work. You can skip todays evening dose and then return to your normal medication schedule after.

If you remain concerned/want to ask further questions, please speak with your pharmacist.

Hi Jennifer, the time you take your meds won’t have any impact on routine blood tests. The slightly higher drug levels from taking your meds a little early will also be ok.
