Can I be an hour either side of my normal meds time?

Is it still fine to drink TLD within the same hour everyday? Sometimes I miss my 18:00 time, but I manage to drink it within the hour. E.g 18:10, 18:30 or 18:20.

Yes it is fine to do this. But it is best to get to the same time every day as best you can.
Most medicines have an hour either side where it is still okay to take the medication. Being half an hour late to your normal time is not going to impact how well your treatment works.
Is there a reason you are being later sometimes with your medication?
