Will dropping PEP damage how well they work?

I am on PEP medication and I accidentally dropped 3 pills of Truvada on the floor. I quickly picked it up and put in back to the bottle and closed it. Is it ok for the pills? Will it damage the pills?

Dropping your medication is okay. They will still work and the pills will not be damaged.
You can still use them for the duration of your course of PEP.
