I missed my dose by an hour?

I started ARVs for a week and i missed a days dose by 1 hour and 37 minutes and missed yesterdays dose by 5 mins. I have HIV, is this going to cause drug resistance? i’m on TLD

No. This is not going to risk resistance. It is okay to be a little late with your medication. It is best to keep it at the same time, but being within an hour of your regular time is safe.
These ‘missed’ instances will not effect how well your treatment works.
