Is missing by TLD dose by 30 minutes a problem?

Hi i’m on TLD and for the past week i’ve not been consistent with the time. I’ve been missing it by 30 minutes or shorter, is this going to be a problem for me? I have chronic HIV.

Hi, how are you doing?
No. This is not going to be a problem. Being 30 minutes late is not going to effect your treatment. As long as you are taking it within an hour of when you normally do, treatment will still be effective.
