I took too many TLD. Do I take a break?

I took a double dose of TLD pills for a week. I finished the whole bottle by mistake, because I thought it was written that I should take two a day but I was wrong. Must I stop taking them for a few days or must I continue but take 1 a day going forward? Thank you.

No. You do not stop taking them for a few days. You continue taking them but 1 a day instead of the couple doses you have been taking.
Will you be able to get more TLD soon as you have already finished a bottle?
