Hi, what if I forgot to take my treatment for the day? What will happen?

How long have you been on treatment? and what treatment do you take?
Most ART has a long half life. This means that it will still work for more than 24 hours. This is why it can be okay to occasionally miss a dose of treatment.
Missing one dose is not going to risk your treatment not working or viral rebound.
