I am not sure if I had a double dose of my medication…

I’m not sure if I double dosed my Epclusa. I was feeding my baby when my alarm went off and about an hour later I took my pill not being sure if I took it when my alarm went off I was so distracted.

A double dose of Epclusa is unlikely to cause any problems. While you have a slightly higher level of drug in your body than normal, you may experience some heavier side effects. If these are causing trouble with daily living or if you are concerned make sure to speak with your pharmacist/doctor and they will advise what to do next.
In regards to being unsure about taking your treatment having you ever considered using a pill box? This is a box that you can use to separate your weeks medication. This will help prevent things like this happening again because taking the pill means the box for that day would be empty.
