Why has my girlfriend been changed from Acriptega to Telatri?

My girlfriend used Acriptega for the first 3 months now they changed it? So what may be the cause or is she pregnant cause I take Telatri?

Acriptega and Telatri are the same medication.
They have different names because they have been made by different companies.
This does not change what drugs are in them. It does not change how they work.
They are both generic versions of TLD.
