Which HIV tests are 100% accurate?

Just found your website by accident. Great for information concerning HIV!

One question- is there any HIV test that is 100% accurate and not the 99% that seems to be quoted everywhere.

Most modern 4th generation antibody and antigen tests are between 99.5% and 99.9% accurate. If this test is positive, it is then confirmed with a much more sensitive test for HIV antibodies called Western Blot. No single test is 100% accurate but together these two tests are 100% accurate for a positive result.
